All aspects of the representation of creditors, secured and unsecured, in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy matters are handled by the Firm. The scope of representation of creditors in bankruptcy matters include Relief from Stay Motions, identification of "preference" issues, Proofs of Claim, acquisition of assets from bankrupt or insolvent entities, analysis of Reorganization Plans and creditor treatment and objections to Plan Confirmation. The Firm also acts as Special Counsel to Chapter 7 Trustees in the recovery of assets to the Estate for the benefit of Creditors.
