The evaluation, formation, structuring and maintenance of business entities (limited liability companies, corporations, general partnerships limited partnerships and other form of joint ventures) are handled by the Firm. These structures are utilized in connection with the creation of affiliated business arrangements, the purchase and sale of businesses (including stock and asset purchases), partnership and entity dissolutions, establishment of DOC-licensed escrow companies, employment and independent contractor matters, shareholder, partnership and stock option plans, licensing and management agreements for non-public entities.
