structuring and managing the complex compensations arrangements
of executive compensation. This area requires sophistication
in order to compete in our global economy and the emerging
markets.
We provide counseling in the negotiation and drafting of executive
employment, non-solicitation, confidentiality, non-competition
and severance agreements, as well and executive bonus programs
often working closely with our corporate attorneys in areas
of stock option plans and equity participation. The drafting
