Amy S. Beard Joins Michelman & Robinson, LLP as an Associate in its New York Office - Michelman & Robinson, LLP (Sep 21, 2009)
NEW YORK, LOS ANGELES- Michelman & Robinson, LLP, (M&R) a full service law firm with locations in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, San Francisco and Orange County is pleased to announce that Amy S. Beard has joined the Firm as an Associate in its New York Office.
Ms. Beard, the newest member of M&Rs well-respected Commercial and Business Litigation department, is a versatile trial attorney who regularly represents clients in an array of contract disputes involving corporate and securities, intellectual property, financial services, among others.
In addition to her business litigation experience, Ms. Beard is a committed advocate for the disadvantaged. She has successfully represented a number of pro bono clients in their applications for asylum as well as in disputes with the Social Security Administration. Ms. Beards dedication to pro bono work was recently recognized by the legal community. She was the recipient of the Immigration Equalitys Safe Haven award in 2009 and the Empire State Counsel award in 2008.
With the addition of Ms. Beard to its New York office, M&R adds another dimension to an already accomplished nucleus of attorneys. Since expanding its practice into New York City, M&R has steadily built its presence in the states legal market and brought outstanding lawyers on board.
