  • UCLA School of Law, J.D.
  • Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), M.A.
  • University of Arizona, B.A.

Enrico Trevisani is an associate in M&R’s Dallas office and member of the firm’s Class Action & Complex Litigation and White-Collar Defense & Investigations Practice Groups. He helps to litigate disputes from inception through trial in state and federal court and works on arbitrations and mediations as well. Toward that end, Enrico handles pleadings, discovery (written and electronic), legal research, law and motion, and the like.

While a student at UCLA School of Law, Enrico became the first-ever law student in U.S. history to win all four of the most prestigious law school trial competitions—TYLA Nationals (300+ teams), AAJ Nationals (200+ teams), the Tournament of Champions (top 16 teams), and the National Civil Trial Competition (top 16 teams).

In light of this extraordinary record of success, Enrico was one of 10 graduating law students at UCLA to be admitted to the Order of Barristers. In fact, he was given the Order’s highest honor, the Statue of Justice, awarded annually to the school’s top oral advocate. And by virtue of his mock trial prowess, Enrico works as a coach for the University of Arizona undergraduate mock trial program as well as the UCLA Law trial team, currently ranked number one in the nation.
