Of note, our stellar work on behalf of clients in the construction industry is elevated by the prior experience of some our attorneys who’ve been contracting firm owners and operators themselves.

We’re frequently retained by clients to secure bids and contracts with both private and public entities. Further, our construction team litigates cases involving design defect allegations and damages, breach of contract and construction-related class actions, and we offer a particular expertise in construction issues as they relate to the energy industry. In terms of our litigation prowess, our skilled construction litigators have successfully defended multi-million-dollar cases, settling many of these disputes for mere pennies on the dollar.
