Adam Bingham

Adam Bingham is an associate in M&R’s Los Angeles office and member of the firm’s Corporate, M&A, Securities & Real Estate Practice Group. He works hand in hand with senior transactional lawyers on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals, and debt and equity financings across an array of industries. More particularly, Adam assists in overall transaction strategy, due diligence, and the preparation of operative and ancillary deal documentation.

A graduate of California Maritime Academy in Vallejo, California, Adam has experience drafting and negotiating contracts for domestic and international sales of goods, the transportation thereof, and other related agreements in the maritime and space sectors. As for the former, he is a licensed USCG 3rd Mate Unlimited and has served in various capacities, including as a Junior Deck Officer contracted by the USMC in Okinawa, Japan, where he was in charge of navigational watch and managed cargo planning and loading.
