Jeep Jensen

Jeep Jensen is M&R’s Chief Operating Officer, who works out of the firm’s Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience growing entrepreneurial-based organizations into professionally managed “best-in-class” companies.

Jeep has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of multiple international non-profit organizations, including English Language Institute/China and HomeWord. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for Options for Youth, Inc., the largest charter schools provider in California. Jeep has held complete P&L responsibility for multiple companies including negotiations for several multi-million-dollar projects and joint ventures.

At M&R, Jeep’s portfolio includes strategic planning and implementation of best practices. He also oversees all of the firm’s operations—human resources, information services, facilities, legal support services and records management, among them.

Jeep received his Masters in Divinity (M.Div) from Azusa Pacific University and earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
